Knowing Truth

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32) What is The Truth? Where can we find The Truth? Do you understand what this scripture means? Do we find truth in a specific religious affiliation? If so which one? Catholics, Pentecostals, Lutherans, Baptists, Methodist or another… All of them will say you have to be baptized in their religion or theological belief in order to receive salvation. If this is True where does it say in scripture that a person needs to be Catholic, Baptist or one of the others in order to receive eternal life?
